Obama aims to appoint activists judges. He is quoted countless times as saying we need people who know what it feels like to be on the outside. He is looking for an activist that will further economic justice to the rightful owners of weath… take from the rich and give to the poor - the peoples cause he champions.

Federal judges should be concerned with law - not activism, be it right or left winged activism.

Obama is quoted countless times stating precisely that he believes that the courts should promote liberal agenda’s that further economic and political justice and redistributive change. His agenda is utterly socialistic and completely opposed to the intentions of the constitution.

Obama is wrong. But that is ok, he passes out liberal lolli-pops and that makes us happy. Slurp.
