Obama* is* the Past

Rush pointed out something today in response to claims that the Obama won the election because his vision is ‘now’ and ‘looking forward’. The entire liberal left is (of course) behind this, but so are many on the right who seem to think that the Republican party needs to follow suit.

Obama campaigned on Abraham Lincoln, FDR and Bush bashing - the past.

I add… the details of his future view were always unclear. He started his campaign to the far left and moved to the center as the election drew near and once in office he snapped back to the left faster than you can say ‘holy un-refillable prescription Batman’ and now procedes to dump hard core socialism in our laps.

Now that Obama is catching his stride it is evident that his agenda is as portrayed in his early campaign days - hard core left, built upon very old ideas cloaked in a masquarade of change. All you have to do is listen to the teleprompter - the teleprompter of change.

look past the liberal lolli-pops and liberal cool-aid. Be not tempted. 58 million people DID NOT vote for Obama, even with a very poor conservative John McCain.
